And She Plays
Who we are
And She Plays is a women’s football merchandise brand founded by Ode Fulutudilu. We are based and registered in the Netherlands. Contact: pitchfootball2@gmail.com.
What data we collect
- Email club — if you join, we collect your email (and any name you choose to share) via our site form hosted with Netlify Forms.
- Orders — when you buy, payment and checkout are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects the details needed to take payment and fulfil the order (for example name, email, shipping address, and card details).
- Messages — if you email us, we keep what you send so we can reply and help.
We do not store your card number on our website. Cards are processed by Stripe.
Why we use it
- To take and fulfil orders (print-on-demand near you, shipping, order updates).
- To send club emails you asked for (drop news, first access).
- To answer support questions and improve the shop.
Legal bases under GDPR: contract (orders), consent (email club), and legitimate interests (basic site security and support).
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payments and checkout.
- Netlify — hosting and form submissions for the email club.
- Print partner — name, address, and product details needed to print and ship your order.
We don’t sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and support records are kept as long as needed for fulfilment, accounting, and legal requirements. Email-club addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA (including the Netherlands), you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, limit or object to certain processing, and withdraw email consent any time. Email pitchfootball2@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies & analytics
The shop is a simple static site. We may add privacy-friendly analytics later; if we do, we’ll update this page. Stripe may set cookies needed for secure checkout.
Updates
We may update this policy when the shop changes. The date below shows the latest version.
