Shipping
Every Kickoff Drop piece is printed to order near you (print-on-demand), then shipped. That keeps waste down and lets us offer free worldwide tracked shipping on the products shown in the shop.
- Production: typically about 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Delivery: once shipped, most orders arrive in about 4–8 business days, depending on your country and carrier.
You’ll get tracking when the parcel leaves the printer. Peak periods or remote addresses can take longer — if you’re worried about an order, email us with your order details.
Returns & replacements
Because items are made to order, we can’t offer a full “change of mind” return on every piece the way a warehouse store might. We’re honest about that.
- Defect or damage — if something arrives faulty, misprinted, or damaged in transit, email photos and your order number within 14 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or sort a fair fix.
- Wrong item — if we sent the wrong product or size versus what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
- Change of mind / wrong size chosen — limited for print-on-demand. Contact us anyway; we’ll see what we can do case by case, but a free return isn’t guaranteed.
Use the size guide on the shop before you buy. Sizes are selected on the Stripe checkout page.
Cancellations
If production hasn’t started, we may be able to cancel — email as soon as you can. Once printing has begun, cancellation usually isn’t possible.
Payments
Checkout runs on Stripe (no Shopify). You’ll pay on Stripe’s secure page. We never see or store your full card details.
A quick note on terms
By placing an order you agree that: checkout is handled by Stripe; items are printed to order; free worldwide shipping applies to the products listed in the shop; and the return rules above apply. For privacy (email club, Stripe, your rights), see our Privacy Policy.
